At first when i read the title.. i thought Alice was the main girls name but it turns out its a power. Basically its about a girl who has a best friend. That best friend eventually leaves the country and transfers to a city school called Alice Academy..its a place for "special" kids. Anywhoo.. being a wonderful friend, the girl leaves her home and joins the academy just to be with her friend, Hotaru. From there begins her new adventure. The school is filled with kids her age with abnormal powers. This anime is really cute and funny. It kinda reminds my of Kodocha (childs toy) by Obana Miho because of the wackiness.. plus the girl totally reminds of Sana not because of her attitude but the way she looks too. I really loved that manga.. but back to Gakuen Alice, it has its moments and chuckles.. definitely worth watching.
